يمكنك طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 days من استلام الطلب.

📦 Terms

• المنتج يكون Not used وفي حالته الأصلية (التغليف، العلامات، الفاتورة).
• Products that have been washed or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Products that are discounted or on sale may not be covered by the return policy unless there is a manufacturing defect.

🚚 Return method

1. Contact us via mail or contact form.
2. We will send you shipping details and warehouse address.
3. بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، يتم إرجاع المبلغ أو إرسال البديل خلال 3-7 business days.

💸 Return fees

• في حالة العيب أو الخطأ بالطلب: Enjoy Home تتحمّل التكلفة.
• In case of a change of mind: Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
